The downside with Hepsia is the lack of root access to the dedicated server, but you will shortly fall in love with the excellence of Hepsia's point-and-click File Manager instead.

Control Panel 1 - The Hepsia Control Panel is a regular accessory only when combined with the Debian Linux OS and comes at no cost. With Hepsia you can host unlimited top level domain names in one web hosting account. This is feasible because of Hepsia's powerful Domain Manager tool. The other CP setups, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are offered solely in combination with CentOS. In contrast with Hepsia, with them you must have 2 separate hosting account logins. This is so, because of the fact that cPanel and DirectAdmin do not deliver any domain registration/transfer/management possibilities. If you opt for Ubuntu as an OS for your dedicated web hosting server, there will be no web hosting Control Panel option.
Hosted Site Names 2 - unlimited domain names can be hosted with all offered CP interfaces, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/manage your domain names in a single account. Sadly, the cPanel/DirectAdmin hosting CP interfaces do not offer such functionality at all - there is no Domain Manager menu and for that reason they necessitate 2 different hosting user accounts: 1 domain management/billing/support user account and 1 web page administration account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin web hosting Control Panel).
Operating System 3 - you will discover that the Hepsia hosting CP can work with Debian Linux only. It's free of charge to run it on your dedicated hosting server. Hepsia is not available with CentOS or Ubuntu. The cPanel and DirectAdmin web hosting CP setups operate solely with the CentOS Operating System. Neither of them is available with Debian or Ubuntu.
